Q IS THIS SITE SECURE FOR TAKING CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?
A YES! Sex Toys UK links to Secure Trading's secure server at the
credit card information request stage of our checkout. Secure trading
are the prefered online payment processor for our bankers LloydsTSB. See

Q IS YOUR SERVICE TOTALLY DISCREET AND CONFIDENTIAL?
A YES! ABSOLUTELY. Sex Toys UK will always treat your order and
enquiry with total discretion. Our reputation has been built on the confidence
that our customers have every time they order with us. Your order is sent
in a strong, padded, plain mailing bag and DOES NOT mention our name anywhere
on the outside of the package.
Q DO YOU TRADE NAMES AND ADDRESSES WITH OTHER COMPANIES?
A NO DEFINITELY NOT. We never have and we never will.
Q HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A All orders received Monday to Friday during working hours will
be shipped that day guaranteed. If your order is placed outside of working
hours it will be shipped the next working day. UK based orders are send
via Royal Mail 1st class delivery and usually arrive within 1 to 2 working
days. However 5 working days should be allowed before contacting us if
your order has not arrived. European orders usually arrive within 5 to
7 working days and international orders usually arrive within 10 working
days. SPECIAL DELIVERY ORDERS ARE GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY IF
WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BEFORE 4PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY (UK only). Payment by
cheque with your card number on the reverse is subject to the normal clearance
time. Occasionally, due to the huge amount of orders we receive every
day, an item may go out of stock temporarily. If this should happen you
will be notified of any delay and offered a full refund if you so desire.
Q IF AN ITEM IS UNSUITABLE - CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
A All of our goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If
for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to
us within 14 days of placing your order and we will exchange it for an
alternative product or refund your money (P&P costs are non refundable).
Our returns conditions are:
1. The goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene
conditions).
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. The goods must be received back at our office within 14 days
from the day you

WHAT I HAVE ORDERED?
A NO. Bank or card statements will not mention sex in any way or
detail what you have ordered from us. We process credit cards through
LloydsTSB CardNet in the name of the holding company Net 1on1 Ltd, this
